Welcome to Twos, the social card game. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Twos app ("App"). We take your privacy seriously and keep data collection to the minimum required to make the game work.

By using Twos, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

• Account Information — When you sign in, we collect your email address to identify you across game sessions.
• Display Name — The name you choose to appear as in games and lobbies.
• Gameplay Data — Game results, win/loss records, win streaks, and number of games played to power your stats.
• In-Game Chat Messages — Messages sent during a game session are stored temporarily to enable real-time multiplayer chat.
• Emoji Reactions — Emoji reactions sent during games are recorded as part of gameplay data.
• Device & Usage Data — Basic usage information (such as app version and device type) to help diagnose bugs and improve performance.

We do not collect payment information, precise location, contacts, camera or microphone access, or any biometric data.

• To enable real-time multiplayer gameplay by syncing game state between players
• To display your player stats, win streaks, and standings in the app
• To power the in-game chat and emoji reaction features
• To match you in online game rooms with other players
• To support the rematch system so players can continue games
• To improve the App through bug reports and analytics

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

Twos is built on Base44, a development platform that provides backend infrastructure including authentication, real-time data sync, and data storage. Your data is stored on Base44's servers. Base44's own privacy practices apply to data processed through their infrastructure.

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties outside of infrastructure providers necessary to operate the App.

Game room and chat data is retained while the game is active and for a short period afterward to support rematches. Player stats (wins, streaks, games played) are retained for as long as your account is active so your history is preserved across sessions.

If you would like your data deleted, contact us at the email below and we will remove your account data promptly.

Twos is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us.

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and secure authentication via Base44's platform. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
